The Winix 5300-2 Air Cleaner is an evolved version of the highly popular 5300 model, designed to cater to any home environment. It is poised to capture dust, pollen, pet dander, smoke, mold spores, volatile organic compounds, and household odors. This unit is best suited for medium to large living spaces, kitchens, or bedrooms.

The WINIX 5300-2 employs a 3-Stage Air Cleaning System, featuring an Odor Reducing Carbon Filter, a 99.97% True HEPA Filter, and Winix Plasma Wave Technology. The True HEPA filter effectively captures airborne pollutants and allergens, while the carbon filter traps offensive smoke, cooking, and other household odors. Plasma Wave Technology operates at a molecular level to neutralize viruses, bacteria, chemical vapors, odors, and gases in the air.

The Air Quality Sensor offers a Set-and-forget convenience by automatically adjusting the air cleaner settings to meet the needs of the environment. The CADR Room Size Rating is 360 square feet, making it suitable for bedrooms and living rooms.

The unit is constructed with ABS materials and measures 14.9"L x 7.8"W x 23.6"H, weighing 17.5 lbs. The True-HEPA filter captures 99.97% of airborne pollutants, including dust mites, pet dander, pollen, and other allergens as small as 0.3 microns.

The 3-Stage cleaning process removes a range of allergens, including dust, cigarette smoke, pollen, odors, pet dander, mold spores, and organic chemicals. The CFM (Sleep / Low / Med / High / Turbo) ratings are 35.31 / 70.63 / 91.82 / 123.60 / 240.14, respectively.

The Smart Sensor gauges the air and the Auto Mode adjusts the fan to filter the air as needed, including a sleep mode for silent night-time operation. Despite its advanced features, the Winix 5300-2 Air Cleaner does not come with a remote control. It is CADR rated for 360 sq. ft., making it suitable for medium and large rooms, including kids' bedrooms, baby nurseries, and offices.
